A spacious, quiet double room offered a lovely garden view, making for a relaxing stay. The staff was impressively professional, providing excellent service and effective communication. Breakfast was a highlight, featuring both international and delightful Colombian food, including tasty Italian dishes. Great stay with awesome location!
Had a fab time in a double room. Big and clean, just how I like it! Staff was super sweet, especially the concierge, always willing to help. Location is on point with tons of nice places to eat close by. Breakfast was good, but could use more options. Oh, and no ice available unless you ask like a million times! 😂

The spacious double room exceeded my expectations with its beautiful decor and comfortable bed. The location was superb, just a short walk from major malls and cafes. The clean, aromatic spaces made returning to the hotel a pleasure. I particularly enjoyed the stunning mountain view from my room, which added a lovely touch to my stay.
However, the breakfast variety could use improvement as it felt a bit repetitive after a few days.

The location was cool and cozy at night with great restaurants all around. Ana Maria at reception was super friendly, always ready to help us with anything we needed.
